On February 17, 2023, the preliminary relief judge in the District Court of The Hague ruled that Kubus infringes Community design law (registration number 003155159- 0001) of OBO by producing and marketing its product 'Soft Helmet with Visor'. T he legguards are very light due to the use of the Brabo Super Prof foam, and therefore they are ideal for keepers who want to get the very best out of themselves. The Brabo Xtreme legguards are from 2 layers of foam: the outer foam layer is a 24mm thick Brabo Super Prof foam and the inner layer is a 24mm foam layer. The legguards are worn on the leg by means of a very comfortable combination of 2 soft foam layers, each 24 mm thick, in which the leg is firmly attached.
