On February 17, 2023, the preliminary relief judge in the District Court of The Hague ruled that Kubus infringes Community design law (registration number 003155159- 0001) of OBO by producing and marketing its product 'Soft Helmet with Visor'. Kubus will no longer produce and offer this product (or have it produced) in the European Union.
